I really like this vac and it's saved me a good bit of time verses dragging a full size shop vac into a small repair job. The battery lasts a long time and it really does a good job of picking up the mess I sometimes leave behind. You can go from wet to dry very easily WITHOUT having to remove the filter. Sweet. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't come with a 18 volt battery or charger. I realize why Dewalt did this, to keep cost down. (plus they realize most of us already have a 18 volt cordless drill with the battery and charger)
